Title: Did we ever get a cause of death for BillyCarp?

I just heard back from Dr Connelly-

"Still awaiting final coroner's report.  Chances are no
definative cause will be determined.  Billy most likely
succumbed to a sudden and lethal heart beat abnormality.
From the time of death determination he had spoken to a
family member an hour before and was perfectly fine."

RIP William Carp.

A friend of mine died of a sudden heart beat abnormality at 20...makes you think twice about what we take for granted everyday.

Seems like quite a few strength athletes who have put their hearts through some tough workouts die suddenly from heart issues...

Aren't heart beat abnormalities mostly there from birth?

Unfortunately not always Rocket.  I developed 3 arythmias in my adult life.  None of which can be fixed.  One is that my heart rate sometimes drops to only 45-50 beats per minute, one is that it jumps up to 150+ beats per minutes and the other one is called a sinus arythmia where your heart screws up when you hold your breath.

carp was a cool dude no doubt  :'( :'( :'( has anyone seen the video of that soccer player who was just walking on the field then collapsed and deid of a heart condition I think

Yeah, i was shocked when i saw that. One sec he was standing there. Next he dropped down and it was lights out. The whole stadium was shocked.
