Well guys been training 2 months on and off

Check my luck, got another abcess near my groin lol

Totally unrelated to steroids, partially. I rekon my immune system was fuked from all the
Operations and hospital treatment

Good news is the new abcess is almost gone now with heavy antibiotics

And I'm training hard up to 210

Gear is low 500mg prop 500mg tren 350mg mast

No GH or slin.

1st September will go to 1g sust 600mg tren 100mg drol

Do that until mid October

Then down to 250mg test for 3 weeks

Then back up again.

Also being a lot more health concious,

Walking to the gym 1.5 miles there n 1.5 back

Taking NaC, garlic supp, omega 3, co enzyme 10, b12, vit c, vit d, magnesium

Taking in a load of veg with meals

Lol - this is a huge change for me haha the guy who blasted

7g, peptides , hgh , slin for 4 months non stop. And took no health supplement atall.

Whether the Supps do jack shit or not for my health who knows but placebo Innit.

Little update for you all

Made sure I was lean before growin, ran DnP followed by CLEN

For a month, got very very lean but went down to 194lbs!!!!

Back to get looks when I'm out ect when in a vest which helps with my biggorexia lol

Do you really notice a difference on that much gear as apposes to like 1.5-2grams? I'm on 750mg test 400mg deca but I did run 3G test 1.5g deca for like 2-3 weeks... Not sure if it made that big of a difference as it was only ran for a short period of time I can't recall. Orals and insulin seem to do the most for me the quickest

Not really bro

I feel the more gear as in 7g was a complete waste

I do notice a difference for 500g 500g

To 1g 1g just an increase in water in the muscle

And size goes up.

I think the best protocol would be

2g gear max , hgh, slin

Unfortunately I don't get my gear free anymore
Probably a good thing for my health

So can't afford the hgh ect now.

i think really high doses just give you a couple 100 extra calories to work with, without them turning to fat.
and more water retention
i just came off a 12 week blast with the highest doses i ever ran (not as high as maz's but ... still very high. and i pretty much put on ZERO fat, actually i seem to have ended up leaner than i started. also used slin the whole 12 weeks (no GH). i just kept gaining nonstop, didnt even raise my calories throughout (only first 4 weeks). gained 26lbs total... exactly half of that is gone after 2 weeks of cutting now though. so i had extreme water retention... (mostly intramuscular and intrafacial LOL) but when the water came off i realized i had a ton of bloat but under that ive gotten leaner...
but...
more water = more weight = more poundage = more muscle growth? probably, but not necessarily

26lbs is some decent weight bro.

I think we all have a limit think mine is about 3G tbh

High than that n I just felt n looked like shit health wise

Yeah I was 237 lean but I actually looked uglier haha

Now my face is defined back to looking a pimp lol

Still 210 is too small

Il be going to 225. And then solidfy it all

what antibiotics did you use?? I tried bactrum but i believe i needed something stronger

GH is the difference maker.  Throw that in, and everything works better, and you can use smaller doses and get great results.  GH is one drug where more is better.

Bactrum  is a very strong antibiotic

Yes.  Uses the gear more efficiently, and the calories you take in.  Even better when you add T3/T4 combo everyday.  You almost have to have binge days just to keep from flattening out the body burns the calories so efficiently.

Hgh helps the body use the gear more effectively

Like jizmo has said you can be a bloaty 240-250 with gear

You can be a pretty lean 220

Or u can be a shredded 195-200

But you can be a shredded 240 with the inclusion of growth

How did you get multiple ones?  I have never had one, no idea what they are like.

The first one was from being run down
I believe from running 7g of gear hgh and slin peptides and mt2

All for about 4 months

My immune system was fucked and jabbing 5ml into my ass
Was the final straw, usually the body is very good at killing
Off for example bacteria on your skin
I also never swabbed and jabbed after the gym

I now swab and shower b4 jabbing

Trust me once you get half you ass cut off almost lol



Second one was from just being run down near my groin

You gotta remember I had a blood transfusion
In hospital
Picked up a hospital bug
Had two operations
The wound got infected 3 times
And have been on over 11 types of antibiotics

In the past 4 months


I've only just started feeling near to 100%
Other than I have to get my wound dressed 3 times a week

And I'm up to 210lbs  15 more lbs to get to my target.

Then just to harden everything up!

Ps. My legs are absolute chickens

Can't train them as the wound could tear open

Although I have started doing quad curls

Will go onto hamstring curls and calves now also

But no squats or leg press for probably 6 months - year

Also il be honest like I always am

After 6 weeks pretty much in bed with infections
And the vaccume at strapped to my ass

I went through some depression

Imagine going from training 5 days a week
For 4 years

Being around people all the time

To being on your own in bed all day watching shit TV all day shrinking

And my mrs also moved 100 miles away for work haha

So I started doing quite a bit of coke and drinking

Which I'm 100% sure made my immune system fuked again

Hence the second abcess dropped about 600 quid in 3 weeks on drink n drugs
N started getting filthy girls round.

Sound like a whining little bitch

An all good now though past month healthy n the second abcess

Is literally gone.

I had the shits for literally 6 weeks.
