Dear GetBiggers,
My name is Harley Breite and I have had the privilege to be not only a friend, but the Training Partner of IFBB Professional Bodybuilder
Craig Richardson for the past continuous 17 years.
In an effort to show both Craig's and my appreciate for all your support, I would like to invite any and all GetBiggers to a free
Training Session, Seminar and Lunch with Craig himself.
If there is any positive response and people really will attend, I will set the whole thing up at a gym in New Jersey.
Craig will actually train and you guys will too.
Craig will then, afterwards, hold a seminar and honestly answer all of your questions (yes,
that includes your questions about gear)

Dear AJ,
If the response was large enough, I was thinking about GetFit in Fairfield, New Jersey. Craig and I mostly train there.
It is clean, has plenty of lockers and has a big room for a seminar afterwards.
If there is small response, then I would go a bit more hardcore and do it at perhaps Diamond Gym.
And there are no "gimmicks." We aren't selling any Craig Richardson products and we aren't even going to mention any particular
supplement companies, unless asked.
And as far as "Who's Craig Richardson?", he's just a guy who lifts weights and diets a bit better than most of us and is willing to share
what he knows with those who might be interested. That's all. He's not the Messiah, just a bodybuilder which is what this site is, or in theory,
is all about.
Hope this takes off. And it's all for free, even the lunch is on me.

Before I can make the exact plans, I need to see if anyone is really interested in attending.
I was thinking some time in mid-October here in New Jersey.
Let's see what type of response we get and that will dictate the details.
If it ends up being 1, 10 or 100 persons, I still intend to keep the offer open and make it happen.
It was just an idea I had. I know if the guys I read about when I was a kid offered such an event, I
would've begged my parents to take me. It always motivated me along the way when I would meet a
pro bodybuilder and he took a moment to encourage me. Some of the guys were really very nice (Jim Quinn,
Mike Quinn, Vince Taylor, etc.). Others weren't so nice. I never had the privilege to meet Paul Jean Guillaume and he is one of my
favorites.

I am sorry but we aren't offering any rides.
You can order whatever you like for lunch.
There are no fees at all, including gym fees.

We spoke several times at Diamond Gym...Love the one BFO video with you and Craig...when you spoke about Craig being a great father-family man, taking time to eat breakfast with his daughter the week-day of his contest...Did you guys do a lot of volume trainign for arms? Or was Craig genetically blessed with big arms?

Did you mean that you and I "spoke several times at Diamond Gym" or you spoke to Craig?
That is my favorite all time Craig story as he cared more about making his daughter breakfast than getting ready to leave that morning to compete
in The Night of Champions.
Craig has relatively small triceps. They have improved over time.
We keep the sets the same. 12 sets for biceps and 12 sets for triceps. If you are going to failure on each and every set, how many sets
can one honestly do?
