Wow, I never thought you guys would be into BSN Bull Shit Nutritionals. Now your listening to a manager at GNC, who weights 165 and is 6ft 8inches tall. You'll listen to anything. Try taking your pills in suppository form for faster absorption too, lick finger when done. Guys and gals, read the label first, do some homework, then purchase. If your body makes 60 percent of the neccessary Nitric Oxide it needs, then how much of any NO product are you going to use? Not very much. If there is only 1-2 types of arginine in the product and there are 4 types total, what are you missing? How do you know if your body is truly responsive to NO1 or NO3? It could be NO2 or Esterfied arginine.
