those 3 points alone have convinced to me to watch the interview. agreed on all.
fan of his physique but not of his 2-meals-a-day-of-rice-&-beans with couple cc's of gear approach.
either he's not human or fibbing.
(or maybe his gear was ridiculously over-dosed!)
but this was a long time ago, before he was a pro even.

its a pretty funny interview, his first contest diet was chicken only, he thought he couldnt have anything but chicken (no rice or anything) :D

Paul Dillett was a staunch no squat fan and used the leg press and look at his quads.
