Black don't crack? Ol' Flex is 50 going on 70. Damn, he looks OLD.

I'm white, 45, and I look about 20 years younger than Ken.

Okay, now let's move on to other matters.

Flex incline presses the 105s for a tough set of ... four. Herculean.  ::)

(And don't try the ... but maybe he had pre-exhausted ... -crap. Any way you slice it, dude's weak as a kitten.)

Good stuff. To see Flex in his prime was something you just don't see, especially now.

No kitten can incline 105s for four.

I posted about his sponsor "Wellness Fitness Nutrition " about a year and a half ago, they sell roids online, what a dumbass if he's desperate enough to post videos with and for a company claiming to be for overall wellness yet on there sight you can buy tren, abombs, dbol, winnyv and any type of test you want.  If I had one fucking kidney that wasn't even really mine these fuckers damn sure wouldn't be who I'd trust my life with.

He could have rented it, or someone else. It could have been for a day. Who cares.

You probably don't look nearly as young as you think. In all likelihood, you are deluded in this regard.

Wheeler is a bodybuilder, the amount of weight he uses is irrelevant. His goal is to achieve a certain look - not lift heavy weights.

Isn't it a rule or law of the universe though that Rico always needs to be 1/2 of Flex?  How poor does that make him?  How weak is his dumbell press?

Still. 105 for 4 reps is piss poor. Why even put that on film?

more info please. If that's so that's fd up. Even though his kidney loss was due to a genetic predisposition do had nothing to do with drugs he still should not endorse it.

And those guys would be banned from my gym. Lol at flew throwing the 105s down on the ground. The only one w respect for the db's was the guy in the green shirt. That's how u put them down.

Tossing Dumbbells like that is my pet peeve. It bends the handles.
Dam iPad auto correct. Too lazy to fix post.

Well, he does admit his extreme problems of facing how he looks today compared to
when he competed. It must be tough mentally.

I would only really be interested in seeing this "transformation" if he disclosed his stack. By
all accounts he was a good responder to drugs. Didn't Milos talk about him making some crazy transformation in 3 weeks time, gaining 30lbs of "muscle", going from basically
looking like a twink to stage ready, and then ending up in the hospital with kidney failure?

He will be doing drugs, I'd just like to know how much.

i think that is just flex's mentality of being insecure about everything even in his book basically every time he won a contest  he would blow the money on cars and jewelry. hell even  after his church took donations for his insurance he went back to doing drugs.

a guy I work with went to there sight with a prepaid Visa card he bought from Walgreens and ordered some test enanthate and turniabol with no script and it was delivered in 2 weeks.  This was around 2 years back , Wellnessfitnessnutrition store.com was the sight and they have the same logo that is shown at the beginning of the video.  Dude must be aching for cash to get in league with these fuckers.
