Sadik's legs are getting too big, it actually looks unaesthetic. Also the skirt of dead leaves around the Washingtonia Robusta Palm are not exactly the most eye pleasing backdrop. Frank looks like a skinny lifelong vegan hippy in those pictures as well.

That's him at about 16 weeks out I believe. They are both ideal physiques so I'll pass on choosing, lol.

Guessing they will downsize a bit before the Olympia. He always seems to go smaller then you would think judging by his low bodyfat as but probably does it to make a more mpd style physique.

As in wiggs other thread on here, at least he is one guy who looks bigger then he weighs.

Sadik's chest is thick as hell and I watched a training video of him where I think he was struggling benching 265 for a set of 8. Then you see nattie young guys like Nick Wright on youtube who are about the same strength level but have half the chest size lol, even I could give him a run for his money in bench press strength yet my chest is far smaller/less thick.

well steroids has that effect., besides getting stronger, blows things up. muscle cells, waterretention in the muscle etc.

anyways nice classic physique on this Sadik guy

Good to see Sadik wearing posing trunks and not thongs.

too big legs, need to lay off the leg press and do some lesser leg works like squats that usually only result in 50% of the leg development compared to the leg press

Sadik's physique is amazing, I always thought he was Italian because he totally has that look and I didn't know his last name, but I guess he is from Yugoslavia. Still...great everyday physique.
