seems the #1 man trying to bring down hilary is suspected of colluding with republicans in order to time the release of info in order to damage her most politically. The "we should be able to tell you what she did wrong in Oct 2016", 5 minutes before the election wasn't an accident ;)

it does seem odd that Bill Clinton was impeached in less than 11 months... but it'll take until 5 minutes before the presidential election to charge Hilary. Too convenient.

LOL...didn't realize Goudy was running for Prez. Anyway that wouldn't fly anyway. He'd just fire back 10x harder. Way to stir the hornets nest. hahaha.

He is a member of congress, so yes, they're public record.
And "way to stir the hornets nest" - um, you still cannot tell us what law she broke - at the time, for both her and powell, it was legal, wasn't it?
Besides, if President Trump was getting politically punked for 2 years to affect his re-election, and it was a big lib congressman doing it, you'd want to look at his email to see if the timing was politically motivated.
