It's definitely a case by case thing. Some fake tits look good, some bad. But the same can be said for naturals.

They're okay when the woman isn't lean, but awful once she diets. Like grabbing a rock. A nice pair of naturals breasts are better than implants any day. Unfortunately there a very few women with nice natural breasts, and most women with implants are fucked in the head to begin with.

I once dated a woman with implants, but it appeared different at dinner. I thought I hit the G cup titty lotto. When I felt that fake bag of shit under her real titty, I tried to keep from puking.
