here's a few suggestions of reality type tv with a bodybuilding theme:

americas next bodybuilding model
are you smarter than a bodybuilder?
bodybuilding bachelor (no homo)
big brother bodybuilder edition (8 bodybuilders sharing a house)
the biggest bodybuilding looser (featuring a line of bodybuilding clearly off-season)
celebrity bodybuilder rehab
dancing with the bodybuilder stars (pudzianowski came 2nd i think in the original series)
the last 48 (following a bodybuilder dialing in for a show)
top chef (visiting bodybuilders kitchens all over the world)
ink master (hosted by lee priest)
the real housewives (the wives of famous bodybuilders, hosted by dorian yates wife)
survivor (10 bodybuilders are dropped in the middle of nowhere with just some creatine and a pair of dumbbells)

feel free to come up with suggestions

chances are they already tried this and someone realized that all this mother fucker has done for the last 24 hours of filming is eat chicken and rice, sleep and talk about eating chicken and rice.
