sparing, even if in good cardio shape is tough. I'll never forget getting totaly "owned" for having bad cardio. Good lesson also! If you don't train to fight, better be able to finish your opponent in less than 45 seconds. But then again, if you're not trained to fight, that won't happen unless you get lucky or the other guy is even less skilled.
