best form of cardio you can do , and most intense
i have recently taken it up two monthes ago, let me warn you if you have never jogged ease into it.
it is not easy , even if you have done other forms or cardio in the gym, jogging is a whole different beast
i feel it benefits you overall especilly when training with weights. makes you tougher, more endurnce
