Title: Polite question: Why are some pictures (removed by admin) in the sticky area?

Hi History board,

I'm working through the (AMAZING) stickies and keep finding (attachment removed by admin) where the pics should be.  Is there a reason for this?  (Wills of the deceased or something?)  Apologies if the reason for this is tucked away somewhere but I couldn't find it.  Thanks in advance  :)
