Heard he was arrested for a 30 year old murder. Any truth to this?

I'm trying to confirm, hopefully I will speak with someone who has actually spoken with him within the last 48 hours, unfortunately the indidvidual answering the phone at the Allentown police department will not confirm that she has spoken with James Snuka.....  :(
