I've actually learned to enjoy his videos because of everything he's done for people. But damn, I had to stop this 3:50.

if you watch more, where Tyrone is doing the exercises, the training had him sweating like crazy.

Sweating doesn't translate to the octagon, field or court. He's not training for power in any way, shape or form. He's training for hypertrophy. That kind of training will absolutely enable him to LOSE power.

CT had said that this is not training for hypertrophy...140 reps on  bench with 10s---going down and then back up.

Muscular endurance/hypertrophy. Not power. Not even close.
