If your function is lifting your body weight on weird shit.
If your function is picking something heavy up, you're fucked.
It's only slightly more functional than any other form of training. They'd still get smoked in a race by any sprinter, get their ass kicked in a boxing match, etc

Why do all these "BB versus [whatever]" always force the BB to do the [whatever]-specific exercises? Make that fucking twig do some squats!

Many a bodybuilder cannot do one pull up. Let alone 10. How are you going to be muscular, yet cannot pull your own bodyweight up?

Both guys are juiced with good genetics. Their muscles can't tell what's creating the resistance

They didn't build the muscle they have from Cali , Isometrics is supposed to be able to build muscle too ::)

How are you going to be muscular yet not be able to hit a 90 mph fastball or walk on your hands?
