so I was bored in the gym and tried the 50 rep 225 bench press challenge
I got 27 the last 7 were shit
not sure if that is good or shit

it all depends on rest times between reps, i mean if you were to rest that shit on ur chest after u fail u could just take 6-8 seconds rest and carry on rest pause style indefinately, what exactly is the point of this challenge?

I spotted my buddy, 225 for 49 "real" reps.
He's a large barrel chested dude, around 275 lbs.
Never juiced, didnt even know what Superdrol was when
I told him he should do some leading up to his lifting contest.
He did 315 for 23 as well. (Video on JewTube)...

I honestly have no idea. Its not something I train for.
Sometimes I will hop on the bench in my spare bedroom, and rep out as much as I can on the incline, with 135 for reps. I could get 25-30 of those.

Form was pretty good I thought, feet elevated to make it a little harder

I used to end my chest workouts with it least 20 reps on the on the flat or decline bench. I imagine if my chest was not completely torched I could get around 30.

Where is the video of cswoles 225 bench? the hammer one was impressive but the barbell was much better

what gets me about that vid is before the lift he tries to get his shoulders in position (tight in) for a proper pec bench, but the way he does it is flare them and bring the tris into the lift more. tool.

In fatswols bench vid I especially liked it when he kept the bar perfectly still while shaking his fat body and screaming while the theiving Mexican acre counted out another ten or so reps despite the bar being stationary

I'm not even sure I have 15 inch arms and I am close to 4 plate press bench.
(Do have genetically large chest, though).

For a natural no but Bigmc is an admitted fairly heavy user and the more drugs you are on the more you will be able to get out of a 1 rep max because you can recruit more muscle fibers, the CNS is a lot more efficient for a heavy user. That's why you take two guys benching 315 for 10 reps one natty the other is juiced to the gills the juiced guy will bench more when it comes max time. Lets not forget the psychological effects of AAS its easy for guys to get intimidated once they start getting up there
