I think it's funny, but not presidential.  Trump has very thin skin.  There's a difference between being tough with people on your level - and bring petty, going out of your way to start a public feud with everyone who has ever said anything negative about you. 

Trump is the master of the feud... he knows people like that.  He's always had a Rosie or whoever, keeping in the headlines.  now he's making hay out of the daughter of a war veteran because she doesn't like his inconsistent/unclear policies.
