Title: Vein routine
Post by: Papper on September 06, 2015, 10:10:25 AM
My veins are much less visible than before, even though I am leaner today.

Maybe it's genetics.

What can I do to increase veinage, naturally?

Kthanksbye

Supplements may be good, but they are only short-term.

There really is nothing you can do to get more veiny except lose weight. But if you already lost your specific amount of weight, and you're not happy with how veiny you are, there is probably not much you can do about it.

With the exception of schmoealistic homos and MAYBE 10 females on the planet, nobody likes the super "vascular as a cock" look. No dime chicks do, for sure.

At least my non-vascular ass hopes that's true.

Except for the forearms, AJ. I have heard this over and over from women and they find it attractive. The biceps, nope, lol.

oldschool,

I personally don't have any particular company to endorse.

I am sure one of our members can recommend a good product.

Sorry if not helpful.

Animal Nitro works to a degree but nothing gives vascularity like drugs and the right genetics. Being at a low bodyfat level is a must obviously. If you eat low sodium diet and for 2 days eat over 8g of sodium per day you will get temporarily increased vascularity too untill your aldosterone level plummets.

It's a strange place for me to continually find myself agreeing with Joon. Must reevaluate life.

bf must truly be under 10%, and some sups work great (but temporarily) for me:

1,5g of L-Arginine pre-workout
Glycerol (sick pumps!)

Goodluck

Just remember it's not personal experience with him. just what he read or heard.
