Wes competed in the Masters category.
-
Ross Perot number 13. Rory Liedelmeyer Senior number 2.
-
They look better than the current bloat of the top ten in the Olympia today.
-
I can say w/out reservation barring accident or cogenital illness those competitors will live longer healthier than anyone in the '15 Mr O will.

Kai took inspiration from this.

I think it's a simple question. Would you like to look year in and year out like those Mr. World contestants or look like an Olympia contestant for 2 months out of the year?

LOL, it's like you're suggesting that these competitors were in this shape all year around ::)

Doubtless they were not always in top form, but... As this was true "physical culture" I would say that yes, they could maintain this level of physique not only throughout most of the year but also for much of their lives.
All it took was effort.
Something sorely lacking in the drug-buckets of today.

Yes, you can see me, number 15.

You're Mariska Hargitay's dad?! Suhweeeeeeeeeeeeet! Except you passed away awhile back. Dammit!

And that's what natural bodybuilding looks like....

And that's what natural bodybuilding looks like....
actually no. Yarrick's Gym in Oakland was doling out test esters in the late 40s. Articles in Strength and Health talked about east coast bodybuilders going out to Yarrick's for the summer and coming back 30-40 pounds heavier.
I think second from left is Jim Park, the overall winner. He certainly wasn't natural.
Number 15, third from left is Mickey Hargitay. Black guy fourth from left is George Paine. Six from left is Roy Hilligenn, seventh is Jack Delinger. Asian guy second from right is Yas Kuzuhara.

Sorry Tim, I think you're confusing things here. Taking testosterone in bodybuilding is absolutely within the limits of being natural.
