No, homo. Not there. (No homo) >:(
I seriously think the beard trend is so big now, almost only news anchors are still completely shaved.
-
It shouldn't be a trend to have a beard. It's a sign of being a male.
-
Clean shaven. Nothing dumber than the hipster beards.

Same here.
If I ever do decide to grow a beard, it will be when the hipster beards have died out. Even then, I will most likely go clean shaven. It just looks neater, in my opinion.

Guess it is. But this has then been supressed for many, many years or decades. Beards where recently reserved for old pictures of men on dollar bills and in history books about the 1900th century. Models were always clean shaven. Also movie stars never had much beards going on.

Haha epitome of hipster right there
-
Clean shaven all the time. I just think I look like a tramp when I even have some light stubble on my face. It feels uncomfortable as well.
Some guys grow facial hair to help mask a baby face. Luckily, I've got a strong, masculine jawline which I'm proud of. :D 8)

+ politicians and CEOs, lawyers, doctors etc.
Beards are a common trademark among the lower income and educational alienated classes, just like tattoos. No man of social status would wear a beard (at least not year round).
-
Imagine how frustrated the original heroin beard growers were when every hipster started growing what made them unique. Now 8th grade girls have them.
A baseball game I was recently at had 5 guys sporting the hipster beard. They of course were pretty hip, as they were MLB ball players.
-
I've got a baby face so I always require at minimum some stubble, but normally end up with something D'artagnan-esque as that is what the Mrs prefers
-
A beard is the only separating some of you from being a woman.
-
Been clean shaven head and face for 8 years. Will probably never change. I don't care about trends.
-
I prefer to have just a stubble beard. About 3 days growth.

Especially those who stuck it out during the eighties and nineties who had their own thing, now gets seen as a tragic beta follower who jumped on the now young beard trend at a late age.

Yes Rob...the thing is somewhat cupped to begin with so it works well on curved surfaces.
Also charges fast.
Cleans itself in 5 seconds with head submerged in hot water and with the razor running.
I got the razor,carrying case,charger,LCD Display for around 100 bucks..well worth it.

Do you also shave your nuts with this fancy piece of equipment? (no homo of course)

Don't shave them...if I did then I wouldn't get to dry them ....

Yes. Unless your profession demands it, there's no reason a man should sport a face like he's 11 years old. At least some facial hair.

never trust a man without facial hair ;)

Have had some facial hair for the last year and a half. Was clean shaven one day in between.

Shave regularly. Amazing how people decide to grow beards, button up shirts to top button and have shitty tattoos and same shirts ALL at the same time. Same people who will follow next trend and next trend and next trend.
I am thinking of getting into tattoo removal. Soon as it moves out of fashion and all these young dicks realise they can't get good work cos some Chinese symbol is protruding from their neck they will be trying to get rid of those shitty stars on their elbows and bullshit slogans on their wrists.
Beards are beards. Fashion is fashion. There will always be sheep. Tattoos are forever.
Saw some bellend on holiday with a tattoo of a girl that looked like a girl I'd draw with big boobs and dark hair engrossing his shoulder. And his wife had blonde hair and small tits.

There are good and bad tats just like everything else but it's no fad.

Like I said I don't care about beards or tattoos if it is an independent decision. Following trends en masse is stupid.
-
I shave once or twice a week. Sometimes I will get lazy and let it get out of control between haircuts, which is three weeks. I usually trim up the neck though just to make it look clean.

I'm liking these crazy kids with their hipster beards. I couldn't dream of filling out so handsomely.

This is so stupid. Experts say beard may be bad for our health, spreading germs.. How do these "doctors" get paid I wonder...

Never clean shaven in about 10 years but keep it short about a mm or 2

Clean-shaven.
Like all men from civilised non-barbarian societies since 500 BC.

Shaven - on and off I see, mostly younger, dudes with these stupid face fur... like someone rubbed a squirrel onto their chin.
If you've got a beard and it fits you, it's awesome. Other than that, better stay away from the "outgrowths".
-
Screw facial hair. It's just one more thing you have to deal with.
This is the technique:
When the blade you're using gets too dull for your face, use it to shave your bod, then toss it.
You're welcome.

The majority of males are mostly clean shaven still so def not an epidemic. Funny how many are making fun of those who have beards as being "followers" when the same can be said of them using that logic.
They follow the no facial hair trend that was engrained in them previously....Much prefer keeping an open mind and if it looks good on that person then who cares?
Yes, I have a beard currently. It's like many things (hairstyles, clothes, etc.) Some look stupid on guys and some don't. I actually think they don't look as good on those with "baby faces" as it looks weird for a guy that has a 17 year old face to have one. At a recent wedding I was at there was a photographer that had a super young face but had a pretty typical "hipster" beard with those handle bar mustaches. Looked hilarious.
-
If you are old enough you can see how theses fads come and go. This beard thing started with young men about 10 years ago and exploded 5 years ago. Most look unkempt and dirty looking. I know the look. A button down shirt that's a short sleeve casual shirt with a beard sporting arm tattoos. Another couple of years it will fad. It's just like when I was a kid and everyone had a short hair. Long sloppy ungroomed hair came heavy in the late 60's and lasted heavy till the late 70's. Disco came in then groomed hair cuts and decent but wacky clothes came around. Now it's the lumberjack metrosexual look.
Wearing quality dress shoes, GQ clothes, and a decent quality haircut will never go out of style.
-

It's not sheep like if you were sporting a beard before they became popular.
I recently trimmed my beard down to a stubble. For me this has nothing to do with fashion and everything to do with comfort. The only reason I kept the beard for as long as I did was because my wife liked it. I always hated it.
-
I've never had a beard or moustache. My facial hair growth is beta at best....not a pretty sight grown out.
-
I only go SMOOTH shaved now, used to have a trimmed mustache in the military until the mid-90's or so though!!
The girls who I go out with DO NOT like rough stubble, or bearded "Hipsters".

If you're referring to my post I stated that these same dicks suddenly button shirts up to neck, brush hair sideways like Hitler youth, have tattoos up wrist and skinny jeans. Fast forward five years they will change identity again. No individuality. They are capricious and have no self identity.

I wish I had hair so I could brush it, although probably not sideways. Most people's appearance evolves over time. Some people are trend setters while others are trend followers.

"Mr[']s prefers"
I am probably dense, but what the shit does this mean? If sexual encounter opportunities are better for guys with beards, tell me now. I don't have much time left for these things. :(

fucking hipsters, ruin everything.
beard to a man = mane to a lion
im seriously going to punch in the face the first hipster i find today, almost ruined what man has been doing since the dawn of a time (or the dawn of man, depending on your beliefs)
but it can never be ruined, such is the power of the beard.
-
I shave my head and face once a week.
-
Let's face it, the hipsters ruined it for everyone.
-
Something you may be missing here.
Hipsters who have a beard, are not ruining your beard, nor ruining your plans for one.
If you actually want a beard, but are only staying clean shaved instead because you're worried that people might label you a 'hipster' or a 'follower', you are something worse than a hipster....
You are a little bitch!
Grow a bread, or don't. If I wanted to converse on the topic of grooming, I'd have just sent Pellius a pm.

If that's you under your name there (<---), you've got a fine beard, friend. On a handsome face, I'll add. Now, do you consider your style what the kids these days are calling "hipster"?
-
have a hair transplant
From where? I don't want my chest, back or pubic hair on my head. What little I have on my scalp is very fine, always has been. Wigs and toupees are not my thing. In the winter, I wear a hat to keep my head warm.
-
I shave my head and face once a week.
This is pretty much my routine also.
