From what I have read, he is not banned. Kai has been saying he is banned. Its not true.

Jim Manion is still an asshole. I once asked him if I could use footage from a booth for YouTube and he said I would have to ask the booth owner, which I already did. He followed that up by saying "I highly doubt" the booth owner would allow me. The booth owner had no problems with my use of the footage. In fact, my asking Manion for his asshole opinion was just my way of extending a courtesy to that piece of shit. He used it as a chance to intimidate me from using the footage. Something which he has no control over.
I probably won't be going to further expos, so I don't care about saying this. Maybe later I will upload the entire account to YouTube, just so people get a sense of what a dick this guy is. Ron will not bash Manion, understandably, as Ron has a press pass to protect.

If it's open to the public I don't see how they could discriminate legally. He should go and if escorted out he should make a scene,
file a law suit and get even more publicity.

Theres an interview with Robin Chang,i think its on flex online,and he says he`s not banned from the expo,Every other competitor had signed by may so they could be included on the poster,but not Kai.
