Perhaps half of the Marines' nondeployed units aren't ready to be deployed.

Is this true?  Whose fault?

When u cut budgets to fund welfare programs and social experiments that will directly get you killed in combat becuase the President and his merry band of douchbags have zero idea about what the military does.....thats how you get undeployable forces and unhappy people.
