Take last nights Olympia for example...... Many guys come into the show severly dehydrated/depleted, and they were up there holding poses for an eternity.
Why dont we see more people pulling a Dillett on stage? Or do many of them endure the pain of cramping while posing?
I have problems with cramping after playing a few hours of football, I cant imagine dudrs with slabs of muscle and 6% bodyfat going cramp free.
Any advice, suggestions, or insights would be greatly appreciated.

No cramps when you are carrying 20lb of excess water which is the norm for the Olympia

I never reached that point. Never needed detox or treatment of any kind.
Please lets not make this about alcohol. Im sure people are tired of hearing about it.
