It's a fine line, diuretic wise, between coming in totally dry and holding water.
Most of the guys eer on the side of caution, to their detriment in terms of judging.
Some push it to just the right level and come in perfect. Branch was the best example of nailing his conditioning.
But it's a very fine line between taking enough for perfection and going over. And when you go over it can be really bad. As what happened to Cedric. I have no doubt the though carefully about dosages and if anything it's probably because he was so damn committed to dieting, fluid intake, depletion etc that the dosage went over the limit of what was needed. But huge respect to him for pushing it to the limit. Had he been able to compete we would have seen something amazing in terms of ripped and shredded aesthetics. He might have beaten Phil.
Now imagine if Big Rammy had pushed his diuretic limit to come in just on the dial. That would have been mind blowing.

Yup.
Ramy did not take enough diuretic (Farrah was a waste of $)
Cedric took too much.

As some of you know, Cedric did not compete in the 2015 Olympia, as he had to go to the hospital due to 'cramps'. He was at the press conference though...

Think about what you're saying. He has your respect for tampering with his kidneys and potentially fucking up his body for life. He's a fucking idiot for putting his health in jeopardy for a trophy and your respect.
Diuretics are for guys who are last minute and didn't do what they're supposed to when they were supposed to. he shouldn't be commended he should be ridiculed for his needless risk taking

This sounds pretty scary.
"Sorry yall, I think I pushed a little too hard trying to get "dryer" ... smh couldn't eat or drink since tuesday after the pics here. My body was like fuck this shit.. luckily no permanent or long term damage, just severe dehydration kinda made my system shut down. Thank you to Vicki and Imi from Scitec for being with me at the hospital (i love yall)
Peace yall

Everyone needs to shut the fuck up about Cedric winning the Olympia. It aint happening. Legs are too damn small and his posing is awkward as fuck. He does have the
best gums since Melvin Anthony.

Inspirational indeed ::)

Shame on him. Everybody else looks like shit, but you don't see them ducking out.
