If I eat real healthy and imagine that I will grow bigger, will I get big without working out like a mad man?
Just do some bodyweight exercise once or twice a week, perhaps some dumbells in the evenings, perhaps this together with the well known muscle maturity increasing each day will suffice and leave me with pretty much the same results as doing heavy weights and eating chicken breasts and rice cakes everyday?

It's all genetics in the end. As a natural I just need 3 to 4 workouts a week.

I could easily do ronnie style sets but without drugs I don't think it'll work
So I am thinking about a routine of pushups and situps instead. Some curls in front of the mirror
