Title: natty v gear and its effect on condition
Post by: Simple Simon on September 25, 2015, 02:28:28 PM
I have seen it written here many times that you can get in the same condition natty as you can using
If thats the case then why was the only tested Mr O in 1990 littered with guys way off their best?

Typical reasons: Food poisoning, bad lighting, room service waiter sabotaged all competitors by spiking salmon with paprika causing them to all spill over.

I find it highly implausible that a natty could attain anything close to this.

Because most PROS don't know how to diet without drugs.

Yea you can get very lean without drugs, this kid I came across on youtube did it. But most people can't believe how low their weight is when they are truly shredded and don't have the balls to go low enough so they stop 10lbs short on 10% bodyfat, that final 10lbs which takes you from 10% to 6% is very unhealthy but that's what it takes to be "shredded".

This is the video of a natty kid as shredded as a lot of pro bodybuilders, just imagine if he had more muscle mass pushing against the skin then he would have the striations etc..

all I'm saying is that I haven't seen one natty who looks like that. Even the few who claimed to be natural, as I befriended them they told me that "well yeah I take them, how else would you think I added 10 solid pounds in 6 months, bruh"

You seriously think that kid is using something lol?

The problem is people are scared or find it too hard to drop their weight really low to be very cut, it's partly an ego thing too as people hate seeing a low number on the scale. I'm not ashamed to admit that even at 6ft.2 I would need to be 180lbs to be truly shredded! as a natural though maintaining that level of leanness for any amount of time Is not only unhealthy but impractical and your physique would start to go into decline. Drug users can stay like that year around.

One formula I once heard for your natural limit is this;

Your height in CM minus 100 = the amount of KGs you can weigh at 6% bodyfat drug free.
