A true natural that's been lifting several years. Lean under 10%. How big are arms going to be on average?

dunno, maybe 14-18 in. depending on height ???
i believe mesmorph may be able to shed some light on this issue

A bit ot but someone at gym tonight said heath had 19" arms and would send me video showing this to be true. Still waiting. If phil has 19" arms all measuring tape i have used must be miscalibrated and i have a 30" waist.
On topic id say 17" is max for a guy with good arm genetics, large tris, longtime lifter at 6ft or so. Obv exceptions but sub 10% much over that is pushing it.

At 5'-8", I got mine up to 17 1/2" naturally, was probably about 20% bf though.

I had 18" fatceps at 19. Looked like rectangles... with fat. Arms now 18.5" 12 years later (fuck i feel old) and lean.
Fat beyond a mild pinch negates any measurement except how unattractive you are.

15 1/2 - 16 1/2, I'd guess for a natural in the high single digits, average height, with a good amount of lift experience. Very rare to see a 17 inch or better arm on pre steroid era lifters.

Competitors because they all pass drug tests and know how to pass them using grams of gear

Nearly 18" pumped at 5' 11" 8% bf. I haven't got any bigger the last year or so though, just more detail.

Depends on the size of the guy. A short dude like me around 17. A bigger guy about 18.

5'10.5. 165lbs. Shredded for beach with visible bicep striations I got about 16.5 inches.
There's some chunky grandmas with 24s so don't buy into hype of measurements and weight.

15 to 17 max, lean muscle biceps...natural fatceps can go up to 18 i think

I'm around 12% bodyfat at 5'10, arms around 17.5, probably maxed out being natural... I'd say overall lean 16-17 inches naturally are possible with good arms genetic, of course depending with height, maybe 18 inches over 6'... Fatceps don't count...

I was thinking the same. Either is fatter than 12%, not natural or genetic freak.

5'9" 215 12% bf is not natural
BF was measured with calipers by two personal trainers in the gym who were friends of mine. I was only taking some Creatine at the time.

I measured 8% with calipers when i was nowhere near 8% and that was by the guy who teaches personal trainers. Add 3% and it is about where you are if you did it right. 3% is base bodyfat below which you can't live, rest is skinfold. Correct me if i am wrong i havent done those water tests and compared.

You are probably right. I know calipers are not that accurate. Hydrostatic testing is supposed to be the most accurate. I have never had it done either.
