Can anyone recommend a good, comprehensive stretching routine (upper and lower body)?

There's a 20 minute full body stretching yoga routine on youtube. Well probably several. I do something similar daily.

Ignore some of the attempts at humour and whether or not his "goals" fit with yours or not, you are unlikely to find a more comprehensive stretching routine that is aimed at lifters and strength athletes. Covers upper and lower body.

Anyone ever tried this?
I find it great way to loosen the shoulders and upperback. Downside is you need someone to help you, and who knows not to push it too far.

Damn, it's hard to take this guy seriously when he looks like a modern-day viking!
