Who has done it?
While on gear?
Whats it like...very dizzy?
How long off from training and how long until your at full capacity again?
-
I give every 4-6 months. You shouldn't have any negative impacts from it. Some people can get dizzy, but I have never experienced it. Sometimes i'll be a little tired afterwards. Probably don't want to train for at least 24 hours. As long as you are hydrated it's not a big deal at all.

No issues with it, a must do if on gear. You'll need to lie on some of the questions presented to you on paper prior to donating. Make sure your bp is under control or else they won't let you donate.

I feel drained from a blood test!
I dont need it for myself as RBC,HB and Crit are not out of whack, only on TRT level dosing but if I intend to up the ante and compete next april it might be a good foundation.
The donation bus is coming to town and I would feel like a pussy not going through with this.
Blood pressure should be ok but I am prone to the white coat effect. A sexy nurse would help.

you feel drained from a blood test where they take 20ml of your blood? :D
strong placebo is strong.
if your levels are all in range there is absolutely ZERO point in donating blood btw.
lowering RBCs is when theyre IN RANGE is NOT A GOOD THING.
and no, its not a foundation, because your body instantly senses below average RBCs and starts producing more.
and the half life is around 8 weeks or so IIRC so its not gonna last long anyway

Hemoglobin was close to the upper range but doctor said its usual for young athletes and was not concerned. Thats on low test though, if I get on a heavier cycle what then, surely everything will go up. I suppose donating mid cycle is more appropriate but it wouldn't feel right giving that blood to someone! Nor do I feel comfortable going to regular gp mid cycle for blood work, she already thinks my test is very high (its slightly above upper reference range)...she'd shit a brick seeing it off the richter scale lol Theres a great doctor over the boarder but I cant get in with him without a uk address.
No one hear donate because its a nice thing to do? :D

runners find their performance effected for a few weeks after a donation.

Good thing we aren't runners.

I've donated nine gallons worth and closing in on ten. Will often hit the gym the next day unless I donated double red cells.
#givelife ;)

i guess they can train even the most retarded nurses on you and they still wont miss the veins lol ;D

Every 56 days here.
You will be fine. Back in the gym the next day.
Never gotten dizzy before.

Every 6-8 weeks for me. Been doing it for 2 years. The people there are super nice and always take care of me. I donate early in the day so the next day my workout is fine. I don't notice any difference in energy. Only once did I get lightheaded giving blood but I worked out earlier in the day and barely ate.

Very nice bro.
I've given about half that.
After having a family member struggle to get good blood years ago after an accident, I've been giving blood ever since.

I worked nearly my whole career in cardiac surgery (product sales). When you see a patients aorta crumble and nearly bleed out you head to the blood bank after the case. It's an easy way to save lives and I commend you for consistently donating.
