Without a doubt, the Smith machine does make it easier to train heavy without a spotter.
But using the Smith machine makes the lift much less impressive.

Would need to see a barbell clean and press, or barbell push press to even think about strength here.

We're calling that and incline press right? It's not crazy heavy

I got 4 plates a side on smith military years ago at 270 not juiced so not impressed.he should have 5 plates a side no problem for his size and juice intake.

Agreed. Unless it's the most impressive lift I've ever seen I'm not impressed
