This is a new world now, the actions of the thugs, gangsters and Muslim terrorists are being justified while the actions of those who are trying to fight them are being questioned.
Yes, it is heart wrenching to watch little children and innocent people run for their lives like this, however, they are Muslims, the religion of peace, why are these people not being welcomes in open arms in countries that have no financial problems now and have plenty of land that are Muslim based? Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman etc?
It is like the people in the US who are fighting for the rights of the hooded gangster. Try asking them to move into the ghetto or to welcome in open arms 100 of them moving into their community.

Yes, Assad is bad, All radical Islam is bad, however it does not mean the group calling themselves "Free" are good. Remember, the world fell for this once when they thought that the "Islamic Brotherhood" is a nice cute sweet freedom bringing group.
