Title: Serious Question About Threads

I noticed Howard the whiny bitch that most ppl hate was able to remove posts he didnt like from other ppl in his own thread. How the fuck does he (or anyone else) do this if they arent a mod?

I've heard this is a new feature that anyone can do but I don't start many threads so haven't "explored" (no homo) it myself.
