My right shoulders internal rotation is tight...it's the arm I carry my son on
I've found a real easy way to improve the shoulder instantly
Hold a lacrosse ball in your hand
Extend your arm away from you and straighten it, like you're about to do an exaggerated clap
Soften your elbow and bring the ball hand right into your chest
Now twist and drive the ball into that spot on your chest
Take a deep breath and exhale
Now twist and drive the ball deeper
Repeat for a few minutes

That's a nice one.
I work with two light resistance bands (thin red ones) and do a couple of movements to create flexibility in my rotator cuff area.
- propeller like movements from the front and set while keeping those bands tights.
- standing pressing & pulling movements with straight arms.
For all movements a smith machine is great to attach the bands and adjust the height.

nice!
U ever try chicken wings??
U attach the band to something in front of u and loop on your elbow
Then put the banded arm behind your back and work on letting the ball pull your arm forward a bit then u drive the shoulder back in a good position
I think u can see it on YouTube

So the first part is like this, but then with bands attached around your elbows?
The second part is like laying on the floor as if your arm is handcuffed? I saw multiple vids where they're using a lacrosse ball between the shoulder blades. I have to look for a ball like that. Only thing we have that comes close is a foam roller.

Saw their vid thanks. T-nation has great articles, though I find it somewhat strange that they're suggesting the neck press with a barbell.

I enjoyed that video
