Interesting to see Jose in the open class, though I don't believe this is a smart move. However, looking at the other names, he could win this.

Dusty asked him to do the open class with him for his pro debut. Will be interesting to see how Jose does, and if he wins he can finally be a legit "giant killer," unlike most of today's 212 guys who get called that and have never been on an open stage with the "giants."

The website says 200,000 attendees and 40,000 co petitions and athletes. I'm in the wrong business. I need to start selling fart powder or some other fitness related scam.

Its because its thin displaying the muscle, its not what we are used to with current pros.

David Henry was a giant killer and did well in the open back in the middle 2000s.

that probably amounts to a 5 lb. gain in muscle. 212 last year at the weigh in, 225 on stage

I was there at the contest. I'm not a judge, nor am I very good at picking winners and rankings, but Osladil looked better than everyone else. As the winner, he automatically qualifies for the 2016 Mr. Olympia. He also had a very good posing routine.
The best posing routine however was Cisternino's. He clearly understands that the posing routine should be displaying the body as a work of art, not just regurgitating the compulsory poses.
A disappointment I guess was Kuclo. I remember a few years ago on this board he was touted as the next Mr. Olympia. He placed out of the top five. He does have a naturally large frame though.

I don't have any expectations of a competitor's performance. I just reall him being highly regarded here at one time.
