Yes, how about them?

How about the Indians. They have won 19 straight games. Going for #20 tonight.

That's how I felt about the Yankees during June and July.

Still, come October Yanks are usually part of the conversation. We haven't had a legit contender since "88 - it stings is what I'm saying.

So strong for almost five straight months that they STILL have the best record in baseball. After losing 16 of the last 17, even! Simultaneously MLB's best and worst team at present.

It sick.

It piss.

It revolting and insulting.

writer on ESPN today says the Indians winning streak is greatest accomplishment ever, better than any world series win. I dont care if you win 100 in a row, winning a championship far exceeds any regular season accomplishment

Everyone was hitting early, outside of Headley in May.   Regression was bound to happen, coupled with injuries.

Either way, young teams are always going to be prone to inconsistencies.

What happened to Judge?

Dude couldn't keep it in the park, then the HRs just stopped all a sudden. Was he hurt?

He tried changing his swing... and his shoulders were dropping. I think that he also changed his leg "kick" on his front foot. And he looked bad.

Something is wrong mentally. I think that he can get back to where he was.

And BTW, the Cleveland Indians won again. That's 20 in a row.

Why, was he slumping?

He was still leading Stanton (37, maybe) when I stopped seeing his HR updates. Mid-August or so. No idea how well he was hitting overall, though.

I don't know why he changed things up.

But is batting average dropped by 40 points. Starting stringing out like crazy... at a record level.
