I been gettin that shit alot because my woman messes up my sleep at 4am it seems lack of sleep induces it
Sometimes when im fucking its like i cant take in enough air, when imsober
But i find the beer keeps that shit away, i didnt drink4 two days because i like food more than beer and my lungs wanna seize up because i m not sleeping enough, waking up early and not drinking beer
I guess god wants me to maintain some sort of drunk personality in order to keep living in this world
Wtf
Id rather drink beer then let a doc stuff me with a bunch of meds
So im like god dammit im not trying to die but drinking is what kills the symptoms!

Marty, I hate to tell you this, but you lack.................... ........................ ...heme iron.
I had this some years ago (always was anemic. Its actually a very positive thing if one like gear tho') and now a regular (once every 1.5 year or so) replenishment with iron supplement allows to avoid all that discomfort. Sudden lethargy was another sign for me.

Alcohol can aggravate heart problems. Shortness of breath and heart issues sometimes result from being overweight. Beer and food contribute to one getting fat.

Jonny just don't waste your time on anything less than 9% alcohol...
