Title: Liver Enzymes came back, not good.
Post by: mombasa3 on March 07, 2006, 06:49:24 AM
I am a 46year old male who has been in the iron game for about 20 years.  I have never used steroids but have used pro-hormones infrequently, about 2 cycles/year.  I just recently used a very popular one for 2 weeks and the results were fantastic, too good to be true and I went ahead and had my liver enzymes checked.
Everything came back normal except the SGOT (AST) range is 5-35, mine is 39 not too bad.  However the SGPT (ALT) range is 7-56 and mine came back 152.  My physcian is sending me to a specialist.  Has anyone been down this road before and what am I to expect.  I have been taking milk thistle for several years so I guess that one is over-rated. Thanks guys for your time.

Pro-hormones generally have worse sides than AAS.

In the future, just use the real thing and do your research.

Don't mess with pro-hormones, bro.

Esp at your age, just not worth it.

Better yet, just get on HRT and you can use Test.

Division,

Thanx for getting back.  I have been approached frequently about using gear but everyone seems to have a different opinion about anything and everything that is involved.  Frankly, just a little bit confusing.  I assumed pro-hormones were just safer.  What is your opinion on the elevated enzymes?

Pro-hormones are a joke.

All the bad sides of AAS without the benefits.

I think your elevated enyzmes are a direct result of the harsh pro-hormones.

Obviously you need to stop using the pro-hormones, perhaps focus on upping your C+E and also trying Milk Thistle and cranberry juice.

Clean out your system, let it heal.

Tationil is reduced glutathione.  Its an aqueous solution.  Typical dose is 200mgIM every 4 weeks when on cycle.

Freakfest. Division.  Thanks for the input I will see if I can get some "T" and I guess I will stay on the milk thistle.  I do have some cranberry here at the house.  Thanks for your time.
