100/60 at 25 years old, staying natty for life is paying off in one regard at least lol.
What are your readings guys and when was it checked last?
-
121/82 a couple of weeks back (age 49) at the Dr.... Always goes up a bit when walking into Dr.s office. (But still in good range)
Not a fan of Dr's and Dentists, they're probing people with their tools and cold hands :)

Systolic is what matters......not diastolic as was thought for years.
Systolic under 140.....and you are very ok, don't make a point of this no more. Blood pressure is very overestimated anyway.

I had to do a polygraph for my competition last weekend, and the guy said that my pulse was 38. It was 6 in the evening, and I was nervous too, being that it was my first polygraph. So my true resting heart rate must be insane.

You put olympic athletes to shame. I reckon if it were not for the poly, you'd be around 1bpm resting.
-
Lot of great athletes on getbig who could be Olympians if the schedule of their business ventures was time permitting.

My bp is normally 120/80 range (doc insisted on testing last time when saw veins in arms the bitch)...anyway, my resting heartrate is terrible. Like 90ish range. Thing is if i exercise it doesnt go up until i really push it. My dad has low resting heartrate, must be my shitty lifestyle.
When i say heartrate barely moves i mean i can cycle 15 mins 200 watts and it wont go over 100.
Just measured hr (15 seconds x 4 method) and got 92bpm. Bury me at makeout creek.

those 15 minuts 200 wats don't tell me nothing :D. I'm not a bodybuilder minded person (anymore), I do a lot of "high intensity" cardio outdoors. I like to have rough sex without considering it physically exhausting when I'm lucky enough to get pussy. I know that people say that if you aren't tired after sex you're not fucking correctly, but they are just out of shape really.

Bascially my heart rate hardly increases from normal with exercise. The caffeine and smoking don't help for sure, nor does being 110kg. Thing is even when I was 16 before I took caffeine anything I had a high resting heartrate. Completely at odds with my dad - but he has angina.

you're a big guy and you smoke so obviously your rest pulse is higher but rest pulse doesn't guarantee are you in great shape anyway, it's all relative.
