Title: Body builders and Stamina

Just how poor is your average ifbb pros stamina and what are they capable of.  Could they spar a couple of rounds in a boxing ring or the octagon, could they knock out a 5 k in under 30 min?  I'm not asking about talent in other sports but just strictly stamina.

The average IFBB pro will prolly have heart attack in the ring/octagon. Last time I had a fight with a bodybuilder he got gassed out so quickly it was funny shit.

They wont last 30 sec with a seasoned fighter cause of this.

Too much muscle for their frame, too much AAS (especially tren), too much slin all will lead to poor stamina.

Serious bodybuilders are on tren. Tren crushes your cardio. Blood pressure is high from all the gear. Muscles cramp up. Very shitty stamina.

Taking juice out of the equation, bodybuilding routines do nothing for the aerobic system. It's all anaerobic.

If you just lift weights, have no running background, and then attempt a 5k run, you'll be done in about 1/4 mile.

WTF!!! that's awful, why in the hell would you ever do this to your body, dudes got to be close to death.
