Annoying and not a lift. Id make him pay for damage and have him beheaded (im sure thats on the books down there) bt id take that over the little dickheads that take up 2 power racks squatting 40kg with no shoes on who wreak of bo in my gym. Same fags do 40kg bench with full arch, 70kg deadlift where they raise hands up in air before holding bar (seriously) and do kipping pullups/dips on powerracks. I hate them so much i really do. I will video them sometime. They hold fucking conventions before deadlfting 70kg. 70kg ffs. Children can deadlift that.

Sadly, there is plenty of guys training their whole bodybuilding life like that, meaning from the start to the injury which stops their training. Seen that happen many times, and there is one thing common with these guys: They can't take advice, no matter how it has been presented to them. There was a time when I try, now I just look another way and wait for the crash, which eventually will come one day. For example, there is this guy in my gym, who do 1" pelvis thrusts with 400lb, and that is only exercise which he seem to do even in the right ballpark with the original exercise. Quite crappy range of motion, that is true, but still semi correct posture ;D
