It's bullshit. Not the first time money has changed the law though.

Rashad Evans warned us back in 2012... But nobody listened. Start at the 3:00 mark

Remember 3 separate incidents happened after this interview: DWI arrest in 2012, tested positive for cocaine in 2014, hit & run accident, pregnant female driver abandoned with a broken arm. Drugs found in Jones car. Jones was in hiding for days afterwards.

I give him a year until he blows it for good. Rape, drugs, fatal DUI crash. This guy can't stay out of trouble for long.

Jon Jones is about as sincere as Phil Heath.  And about as narrow.

Is it ironic that I'm the only one in this thread who sincerely is rooting for jones? I like the dude.

Dude; he can't stay out of trouble.... he couldn't even go to a press conference with Daniel Cormier without turning the thing into a friggin disaster. Worthless Fight caught on film.

NIKE fired Jon that day.

Very embarrassing.

I think the first time he gets beat and beat bad is when he really unravels.

Hope he fights rumble first and then gets a crack at the belt. I really want to see how he handles a heavy hitter like rumble.

Nick Diaz could have tested positive for weed 20+ times and it doesn't warrant a 5 year ban .vs a guy who is an obvious menace to society with the previous charges held against him.

This is the story of the average everyday harmless weed head .vs absolute train wreck (crackhead, cane head, drunk head..etc) that could kill somebody debate here.

it's absolutely mind boggling how zuffa/white are sandbagging this shit. The guy is an absolute disaster that has happened time and time again.

I'm not a smoker at all, but it's amazing how guys like Diaz and the swimmer dude phelps get MURDERED over weed.

By absolute no means am I the one to throw stones, high moral judge..none of that shit...but when it comes to the safety of others (the public)...all that "we are the future of mma shit" from dana white.....where is the "honor" in this? This is an "art" along with all the others imo, so where is the honor here.

One fucking day in rehad for cane? really? smh..then he checks out ...wins a few matches.... then goes back to fucking up again.

I'll never forget when he was talking shit about "he wasn't the guy out there representing the company by getting DUI"s" (playing off the rampage situation) and not even months later this jackass got a DUI.

The guy is a spoiled fucking brat. No respect for Zuffa/UFC at all.

Didn't they both have drama with there respective drug tests? The athletic commission did not have much choice but to make an example of them.

They gave wand a lifetime ban. He never failed a test. He should of gotten 6-12 months. They are holding him hostage now. He cant fight any where else.

His older brothers are in the NFL. One just won the Super Bowl last year. I'd imagine it would be hard to stay grounded with that type of family...

Did the athletic commission ban him? Or the UFC?

He will probably go fight in the Japanese organization that signed Fedor

Glover Texeira;
"I don’t think it was intentional, but the referee needs to start putting some pressure on who does that," he said. "I was a little afraid to close the distance and get poked in the eye again and maybe stop the fight. The second eye poke really scared me because I thought it could hurt my eye.

"I knew I was losing the rounds but we always believe that one punch can change it, but it’s hard to do it when you have to worry about getting poked in the eye. I don’t think it was intentional, but you have to be careful with that."[/quote]

Rampage:
"It should be called the illegal kick. It should be banned and it shows a lot about the fighter's character that he would throw it. How would he like it if somebody threw it at him and stopped him working for a year? I thought it was an illegal move. I think spinning elbows should be illegal too because they land on the back of the head. But I appreciate a good fight, a good scrap, I just wonder which rule fighters will bend next."

Bas Rutten:
he is a very calm, relaxed and methodical fighter.
And because he is that, I have to say yes, he is a dirty fighter.

he knows exactly what he is doing at any given time, and his fingers was definitely in (Glover's) face <and for a long time>, he was constantly rubbing him in the face, so yeah, I am sorry, I have to say yes!

Grounded by what standards? it isn't hard to NOT get faded/coked out your mind and involved in a hit and run as your THIRD altercation.

Had he not been an MMA fighter for UFC his ass would be doing minimum 5 in prison minimum max 3 time loser after they maxed his DUI to a felony off of his shitting on the judicial system.

Fuck his brothers..nobody even know they play in the league.

Just like every other bullshit market fed bullshit in the US, these guys are capitalizing off of a lazy ass market that doesn't pay attention to shit.

Zero honor in UFC...fuck that entire org.

He got away with a lot of eye pokes because Dana protected him so much. They should really go after him now if he keeps poking the eyes(which we all know he will keep doing). Once in a fight, give a warning. Twice in a fight, disqualified. Just keep disqualifying him until he stops putting his fingers on the faces of people.
