Title: American Muscle TV Show

I just saw on the Discovery Channel a TV show, American Muscle.  This is not the same American Muscle as was on ESPN in the late 1980's.  This show seems to be about a pro-football, maybe crossfit, training gym.  I don't know if this is a new show or has been around a year or so.
