Speaking of which. Phil did a tricep exercise that I haven't seen before. He used the pad of the assisted dip as a way to do one arm tricep push downs.

I do that also,but I use both arms..........never tried them one arm at a time,but I will now.

Not to be a hater. Far from it. The man's a genuine freak of the bench press. But after you've scaled those heights, and then injure yourself as he has, it's likely not gonna ever happen again.

Worn/Torn rotator cuff. He had to have surgery, plus a ton of rehab.
The heir apparent to the throne. He's younger, plus has more room to grow. I've heard that he is trying to slowly edge up the record in old Russian fashion though, so let's hope that he doesn't get hurt.

There is a handful of guys right now 650 plus that are closing in on that 700 plus mark. Myself being one of them sit back and watch the show its gonna get really interesting in the next 6 months.

Spoto and kirill are defiantly on another level than anyone else at the moment, it's a shame mendelson spent so much of his prime messing around with equipped benching, based off of his 715 he could have really pushed that record past where it currently is no doubt.

Ronald i am recovering from a serious injury and to be attacked in a very personal way by a "mod" Chaos ...calling me "a crippled old Fuck" is a very personal and out of order attack for nothing. He really is showing more and more his true colours.

John Meadows does a similar one, it really works great as a finisher.

Haha exactly. ;D All these people trying to hit a muscle from 83 angles for optimum growth while in reality the fucking thing just contracts or relaxes.

yea, it's virtually the same thing but it works great when supersetting with dips as they're on the same station (my gym gets busy to use two pieces of equipment for a superset!)
on it's own its nigh on exactly the same thing though.
all movements are to be fair, i built good arms just doing barbell curls and french press. all works the same thing.

Well, I get more of pump doing bench dips than doing dips on the dips bar. I believe it's the placement of the hands. On the side, and slightly behind with bench dips, and only on the side with the dip bar, which also activates the pec muscles as well.
