Put up 225 for 8 the other day, I think that extrapolates to about a 600 1RM.

I thought you were natural  :D 600 is very good for no hormones. Then again
there are bodybuilders on huge amounts of hormones hardly deadlifting 400lbs  :D

I've done 245kg (540lbs). Not bad for a 185lb natty and it feels good outlifting the juiceheads in my gym. 8)

I struggle with 225lbs on a bench press though. :-\ :'(

Did 5 plates with a 25 each side while natty years and years ago.  Won't even try that now even while running a cycle.

Even on deadlifts? Higher reps on some moves might be more dangerous as form may go to shit, a few months ago I did 11 reps with 550 at the end of my deadlift workout and tweaked something in my back.

I admit it... Too many years of heavy lifting instead of doing some rep work etc has really caught up to me. I had a good run but now I lift to not get fat or die...I tried to hang on too long to training all out every day. The last few years of injuries when I should have backed off really changed the way I do things now. Live and learn.

I never hit 400 on the bench but I was near 400 (385) bench 500 squat 600 dead at one point. Not many can say that truthfully at my competing weights. So even though I'm banged up now and sound like Wes... I can at least say I did it in the past. Like I said getting old sucks.

How come you claim to bench 500lbs on another thread(started by yourself) and talk here about a 600lb Deadlift.  :o :o

That is very true. It's hard to have your junk look big with 30" thighs.

Do a good cycle, not some baloney low-test only "beginner cycle", you're not that young anymore from what I understand. Might as well get very good results instead of just so-so results. Not saying to megadose though...  :)

Flintstones can do more than any of us no doubt, his strength, speed, athletic prowess, knowledge and business acumen far surpasses anyone (depending on which lie he's telling today), yet he's still an unemployed, no-hoper wetback.
His daily lies about his achievements and endevours (and looks) remind me of the song from this when I was a child

Say it was a 4 month cycle. Test E throughout with dbol from the start, then Anadrol (switch or add to the dbol maybe a month out) and tren (6-8 weeks out) as contest approaches, something like that. Tren and Anadrol = monster combo both for bodybuilding and strength. JMHO  8)

Ditto, but only 500 regularly several years ago

I admire anyone who can still lift heavy but I am no longer allowed to strain in that way(health. not heath related)

Does not mean I train like a pussy however

I've pulled 610 as a personal best myself, the deadlift more so than other lifts seems to have more than its fair share of little guys who can put up really impressive #s which helps keep one humble.
