If he lived like a monk, trained hard like dorian yates for example without injuries and ate 4000 calories every single day for 3 years.... yes.

But I find that unlikely

I think that could be possible if he trained like a pro. But how many scrawny, skinny fat white dudes do that? So many people use steroids now days. Could be one of those youngsters who sees the light on how to train and eat and rest.... but It's just unlikely because we're talking about extreme consistancy with heavy training and eating a tonn of food. I just don't think so. Possible, but I won't believe it... unless he says so, then he must be natural if he says so

I started working out in 1991.  I weighed 130lbs.  From 1991 to 2001 I gained 70 lbs.  (200lbs.) All natural,  hard work dedication motivation,  drive, hard work, great diet.  I even was able to bench 405lbs.  I always got harassed and told I was not natural.

Then in 2001 I started competitive bodybuilding and things changed.   I reached a 292lbs........weird thing was....no one asked me at that weight if I was natural?????

You'll never know for sure, but I'd say it is achievable.

Yes he could be natural. If he did everything right for the three years.

You gotta be shitting me? No way that back is natty. Front shot I would maybe say... natty (cos he looks anorexic) but from back is overdeveloped yet lean... not a hope.

How old were you in 1991?

I'm amazed at how big my nephew has gotten in the last four years. He's put on about 50 pounds and it's mostly in his legs and shoulders. Even put on about six inches of height.

Not only is he natural but he has never worked out or touched a weight in his life.

The fullness and roundness of his delts would suggest usage of gear. The back pic is also suspect. If he was black, I'd be more inclined to believe he was natural.

Good physique but his head looks huge and he looks narrow as fuck in the selfie pic.

I agree with what others here said, it's the back and delts that give him away. Not only that but look at the before pic and take into account his generation. Highly doubtful he was inspired to sacrifice and put in the hard work. I see guys like him at the gym all the time; 20 years old no natural base and jump on gear and get these little inflated muscles the easy way.

Possible with great genetics. But imo 90% of people cant look like that in 3 years or training natty. The delts are a bit suspect for sure.

as opposed to slaving away for 5 years?
Who's the dumbass?

Everyone loses it all when we stop, natural base or not.

lol very good point.

One is a slave to gear use and the other is an actual slave, true

Looks little different to a welterweight boxer or a gymnast... There's a little natty kid in our gym with similar build

They look like nothing in clothes, but obviously impressive out of them when standing alone
