I really don't see what was so difficult about that workout. They acted like they were killing themselves, I could do the same workout using the same weight without the dramatics.
The guy is obviously in great shape but I know I wouldn't get anywhere near his results.
Again, what's with the all the dramatics ???

None of these workouts, by any pro, lead to impressive muscle development without drugs. Apparently there is an unending supply of gullible people to make it worth making these videos.

While this is true I feel that you get a different look to your muscle when u train heavy..i also believe that training with high reps allow you to tax your nervous and cardio vascular system.. That and it gives your joints a break

4 min leg training huh? You made a thread seeking to know if that's possible? Seriously you dumb ass, what do you think???
Takes longer just to do a proper warm up. Then again when your 1 rep max is 135 for squats (on a good day) the warm ups don't take very long....

ritch can you post a video of you squatting 120kgs for 20 reps?

A 15-20minute routine is possible. A bodybuilder in the 90s did it in 12..consisted of 4 exercises..giant set completing it 3 times
