guessing a beanpole with resting heartrate in the 40's will have a heart that lasts longer.

80 or so... although i did just walk up a staircase and carrying stuff so prob just under that.
Odd cos my dad's resting heart rate is freakishly low... sub 60, low 50s. He has angina, had double bypass and history of heart disease in males in family.
Mine stays low through exercise oddly and i also do not sweat exercising heavily (high tempo heavy weight) given normal conditions.

50 sitting resting. It always goes down according to how much cardio I'm doing. Endurance athletes always have a slow resting heart rate showing their heart muscle is in shape.
