Fathers trying to live vicariously through their children. Most often you see them screaming at their child's sporting event.

almost universally, young children (especially girls) can sink into a perfect squat.
what I want to know is why almost all non-asian men seem to lose this ability in adulthood...

The inability to leave one's ego at the door, resulting in sacrificing form for poundage.
IMO, most people would be better off not squatting with a weight that they couldn't get onto their backs if they didn't have a squat rack.

I'm sure she is deciding to do this of her own free will with no parental influence.

Of course, what 7 year old girl doesn't wanna hit the gym for leg day?

Perfect Olympic squats. Most guys doing those shallow 315lbs squats would be forced to use 225 if they squatted like that little girl.

I don't think so. Well, its not the case for me anyway. You just have to look at how people squat in every day life. Almost everyone comes up off their heels, rounds their back, and doesn't achieve enough flexion in their hips and ankles.
I've tried stretching, adjusting my form, everything I can think of for over a decade now, and I still haven't made much, if any progress. I think a lot of people are simply unable to do the movement with any degree of resistance, like me.

He tells his friends he's teaching his girl how to go to war. Probably wears a shirt with some sort of reference about War or battle written all over it...

Biomechanics and body proportions.
Shorter limbs make for easy squatting. Hence why asians (and their stocky physiques) are generally able to get into a deep squat position easier.
Ofcourse other cultures can too, but indeed they're more limited by body proportions and flexibility issues (which can be fixed). Children prior to their growth-spurt typically can deep squat for the same reason.
Also with regard to the buttwink, it's not excessive and is natural for some people.

I'm 6'3" and have been deep squatting for 35 years with no back or knee issues.
It's about technique and staying within yourself.
Looking at pics, this is best one I found. Absolutely textbook. Note the feet at shoulder width, back slightly bent at hips, knees in line with feet, and head looking forward.
