Sometimes even the fellas don't notice and sound surprised when you tell them you lift  :-\  :'(

Having a good physique is only the icing on the cake. Its isn't going to do anything for you on it's own.

A socially awkward guy with muscles, will still have a hard time with women.

a fat slob with money, or an average joe with a Hyundai, can bang some hotties if they have some game.

Lifting should be about yourself. Anything else and you are doing it for the wrong reasons.

It's as much of a personal journey for some, as it is about vanity for most.

It's as much of a personal journey for some, as it is about vanity for most.

I agree, low bodyfat and well dressed will take you much further with less effort.

I agree. They need something more than a good body. They need to be educated, good looking, and charming, just like you, shizzo.  :D :D

QFT. It was just the icing on the cake for me, my good looks and charm always did the trick. Didn't matter much whether I was 150 or 215. ;D
